Slivnica/Сливница (pronounced "slivnitsa") has around 170 inhabitants (all Macedonians) and is part of the municipality of Resen. The village lies on the eastern shore of Lake Prespa and along the R 1308 road, 18 km southeast of Resen and 5 km south of Kurbinovo. Local bus services: ask at the Resen bus station.Slivnica beach is the most famous (and busiest) on Lake Prespa, with deckchairs for hire, a few trees and a campsite(camp-coca-slivnica.business.site). Higher up, towards Mount Baba, don't miss the frescoes and beautiful panorama of the Slivnica monastery.
