Travel Guide Resia

The municipality of Resia is made up of a group of hamlets nestled in the Resia Valley, an isolated pre-Alpine valley rich in unspoiled nature. It is inhabited by a community of Slavic origin whose settlement dates back to the 7th century and which speaks an idiom, Resiano, considered by linguists as an archaic dialect close to Slovene.
