This concept of 3 artificial islands is very new in the Maldives. It gathers under the same banner a commercial centre with streets lined with shops, a marina and two hotels. Designed as a leisure centre for both Maldivians and foreign tourists, it is located at the northern tip of the South Malé Atoll, only a few minutes away by speed boat. The first island is arranged around a natural swimming pool in the shape of a circle where yachts and sailboats can be parked. Attached to it is a second island which houses the Hilton Hotel. The third island is connected by a long wooden pontoon and houses the Hard Rock Hotel.
