Minoo, in the north of Osaka Prefecture, is home to the quasi-national Meiji no Mori Minō Park, a remarkable natural site suitable for hiking, designated as such to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the beginning of the Meiji era (1868). One can enjoy discovering its 33m waterfall, while tasting the specialties offered by the stalls along the path. Temples also punctuate the path. The foliage of the trees becomes sublime at the end of November.
