Situated at the foot of the Serra de la Albera, the village of Mollet de Peralada is surrounded by vineyards, and its wines also benefit from the DO de l'Empordà appellation contrôlée. Its white macabeo and grenache, rosé and red wines are particularly renowned. In the heart of the village, slightly elevated, you'll come across the 12th-century Romanesque church of Sant Cebrià, a former possession of the monastery of Santa María de Vilabertrán, around which village life is organized. And in the Costes district, you'll find the 18th-century chapel of Sant Joan Degollaci (for more information, visit https://molletperalada.cat).
