About 7000 inhabitants living mainly from farming and fishing and you can still hear the conch shell blowing when fishermen arrive in Laborie with their catch of the day. The town is cute with tiny wooden houses, a centenary catholic church, a school, many local restaurants and a lovely beach. The main attraction if you pass by is to visit the craft center on the beach where you can buy handmade souvenirs. This untouched village is waiting to be explored with wonderful and overwhelming scenery of the town and country, not to forget traditions and culture of the people.
