The capital of St. Vincent, Kingstown, is located on the southwest coast. It is a small town of 25,000 inhabitants (the most populated in the country) with a very Anglo-Saxon charm. You can walk through its cobblestone alleys and narrow streets, in the shade of colonial buildings. During your visit, don't miss two major buildings of the 19th century: the Anglican cathedral of Saint George of course, but also the Fort Charlotte which overlooks the city at an altitude of nearly 200 meters, without forgetting the botanical garden of 8 hectares, created in 1763. A charming city with a rich past, Kingstown seduces with its gentle way of life and its unique atmosphere.
