Putzu Idu is located on the coast between Cabras and Santa Catarina di Pittinuri, about 20 kilometres from Oristano. This small town has kept all its charm: green countryside, salt marshes, white sandy beaches, nature reserve. The sunsets and its white quartz creeks are really worth the detour. Fishing and the harvesting of fruit and vegetables also make it a region where gastronomy is king. Numerous golf courses are installed there, attracting an international clientele. It is also the embarkation point for discovering the island of Mal di Ventre where several shuttles a day operate between June and September.
