Although nothing remains of the three nuraghes, one can wander among the small 19th century palaces that line S'Istradone. As a good Sardinian village, Tresnuraghes has several small churches. The one of San Lorenzo is built with the trachyte of the surrounding mines. Santa Croce and San Giorgio, dating from the 15th century, are worth a visit. On the coast, Porto Alabe is considered the port of Tresnuraghes. It is possible to find very good accommodation here, perhaps because of its wide golden beach sheltered by small dunes. Following the coastal road southwards, the tower of Cala Columbargia watches over the enormous reefs of Corona Niedda
