At 15 km from Acanceh, the village of Cuzamá is a very good stop to discover and explore the cenotes, these natural wonders of Yucatán, in an original and playful way. The cooperative that organizes excursions from the hacienda of Chunkanán, set back from the main road and therefore a little more authentic, has long been the only one to offer the visit of three cenotes. Due to the success and natural potential of the surroundings, other places are now open (Tres cenotes, Parador Turístico X'Tojil). Don't forget to avoid the use of sunscreen and mosquito repellent if you plan to dive into these water wells!
