Couchey is a small wine-producing village located on the route des Grands Crus, 8 km southwest of Dijon. Its inhabitants were nicknamed the wolves, because according to legend, during a famine, they attacked a food convoy. Admire the bell tower of its church Saint-Germain, which is decorated with glazed tiles. If the village is famous for its wines, which bear the name of Marsannay, it is also for its purgative waters. You can enjoy the walk along the avenue of lime trees, which are several hundred years old. In the park of the castle known as Bauffremont nestles a dovecote nicely restored. Note also the Napoleon III style of the town hall.
