Franquette is a wine bar, or rather a "bar à vivre", to borrow the friendly slogan of managers Jeanne and Maxence. A veritable meeting place for local winemakers and friends looking for a drink, Franquette is an establishment where you can indulge in a renowned Cru from the Côte de Nuits or a craft beer. All this can be accompanied by an aperitif board, nuggets or fries prepared on the premises. Add to this the pastries prepared by the neighboring bakery, and you have the conviviality Couchey has been missing.
