With its 4,000 inhabitants, Koh Yao Noi is the most populous of the two islands. This fishing island boasts the two best beaches on the small archipelago (Hat Pa Sai and Hat Tha Khao). Local culture and life are still very much alive on the island, and the predominantly Muslim inhabitants are very friendly. The island has remained simple, much to the delight of travelers in search of authenticity. The island is dotted with establishments of all categories. Ask your hotel to pick you up at the pier, as distances are great. There aren't many places where you can have fun, as visitors come here to enjoy the scenery.
