The ideal place for a relaxing stay, far from the hustle and bustle of Ton Sai, provided you cover the few kilometers separating it from the main village by boat, or on foot for the more courageous (a day trip is possible, allow around two hours to get there). Please note that there are no shops or ATMs in Laem Tong. You can reach Ton Sai by longtail boat or ferry: allow just over half an hour for the trip, 250 B. Laem Tong is a very quiet place, with no nightlife. You'll easily find a place to have a drink, and most establishments offer happy hour, usually from 4pm to 7pm.
