Timbi Madina is a small, quiet commune in the prefecture of Pita. It is the leading producer of potatoes in the country, the "belle de Guinée", and also a major producer of onions, which are sold in Guinea but also exported to neighboring countries. It is located in the heart of a region where the remarkable natural sites and the trekking circuits which connect them are numerous and varied. You will be spoilt for choice between the Salaa waterfall and the ladders of Lélouma to the north and south, Aïnguel and the Fétoré valley, Doucki and its surroundings, and the Kambadaga and Kinkon waterfalls, a little further away. To be explored!
