Very well served by buses and DART, these three towns can be visited together for a day. It is mainly the fans ofUlysses (Joyce's version!) who come on a pilgrimage to the tower on which the greatest novel of all time opens. We also love the coastline of this small region, especially the "torn island" of Dalkey, which faces the eponymous township which, in the 19th century, became a wealthy seaside suburb.
