Blackrock is a small town of 30,000 inhabitants, located in the southern suburbs of Dublin. This fishing town became a seaside resort at the beginning of the 20th century, thanks to its pleasant waterfront. Today, there are shops and restaurants in a few historic houses. It is the occasion of a small stroll, only half an hour from Dublin. Especially at weekends for its market which is also a flea market and an antique fair. A pleasant place to stroll where you can find new and second-hand items, rare, original and often very sought-after, at generally interesting prices.
