Travel Guide Lagundi Beach

This bay starts 6 km west of Teluk Dalam, but the village of Lagundri is 12 km away. Lagundri was the main port of the island until it was razed in 1883 by a wave of the kind that destroyed Maumere, on Flores, in 1992. The tidal wave was following the Krakatoa explosion.
