Beautifully preserved, this village with traditional architecture is located 7 km south of Limenas, in the foothills of Mount Ypsari. Panaghia is one of the most picturesque and photogenic villages of Thassos. Natural springs provide it with pure, clear and ice-cold water. They bubble up on the outskirts of the village, and the water runs down the narrow streets: a fountain in the central square will quench your thirst. You have to get lost in the winding streets to enjoy the place without paying attention to the souvenir stores. Below, the long Golden Beach is unfortunately damaged by tourism.
