Built by refugees from Asia Minor, this small port and village, between green and blue, is also famous for its gastronomy. Try its mussels, in different forms, in its taverns. You will also find everywhere the memory of a certain Panaghis Koutalianos: the local legend tells that the father of this famous wrestler was a child of the country. The locals have erected a statue to him. It is said that he used to bend iron bars as if it were a child's game! At 10 km, stop at Kontias, you can take a break in this authentic and preserved village, with stone houses and abandoned windmills surrounded by pine trees.
