After the lovely Greek village of Mustafapaşa, the winding road bordering the green valleys and tufa cones turns into a huge landscape where the cliffs take relief until the Soğanlı Valley, a canyon worthy of American westerns. Mustafapaşa is located 6 km south of Ürgüp. Until 1923, this village was inhabited by Greeks and was called Sinasos. There are still some very well preserved houses and some churches. The place has not been besieged by mass tourism. Mustafapaşa is connected by dolmuş and municipal buses to Ürgüp. A rare habitat, splendid nature and many excursions are waiting for you.
