Travel Guide Cumalikizik

It is a 700 year old picturesque village in the middle of nature. You can get there by dolmuş or by bus (No. 22). If you have a vehicle, take the road from Ankara. Cumalikizik is about 10 km southeast of the center of Bursa, and turn right 3 km after the Hacivat Bridge. It is one of the first places where the Turks settled in the 16th century. The beautiful traditional houses give a good overview of the Ottoman architecture. Many Turkish and foreign tourists come to admire this life-size movie set. The hundred-year-old trees and the cobbled streets have a crazy charm. Note that the bread of the village is famous.
