For the "old-timers", Jocteur remains the "official" baker of Paul Bocuse and one of the great masters of the tarte à la praline. Jocteur perpetuates the best of tradition. Beautiful glass roof opening onto a terrace, wood, a beautiful frieze, everything reminds us of the quality of yesteryear. A quality to be found in the breads, but also in the cakes, starting with the famous praline tarts. Breakfast for lovers and afternoon tea for the family.

Mais en cette période inédite (covid-19) où beaucoup de professionnels on pris les mesures qui s'imposent pour continuer à nous servir de manière responsable, ce matin la personne qui m'a servi a pris la monnaie du client précédent à mains nues et immédiatement après a manipulé mon pain de la même manière... Il ne faut pas tomber dans la parano mais allez faire un tour dans les hôpitaux en ce moment et allez expliquer à nos soignants qui tombent de fatigue et se démènent pour nous, que vous ne trouvez pas utile de vous compliquer la tâche à prendre juste quelques précautions simples dans un établissement où les clients défilent toute la journée (pour vos bons produits)... Lamentable. La renommée exige aussi l'exemplarité!
