Cécilia Charrié, trained at Institut Bocuse and has worked at numerous great houses like Ladurée, is a true enthusiast who expresses all her creativity through her desserts, her macaroons including an unmissable Mac framboise (almond macaroon biscuit, light cream with bourbon vanilla and fresh raspberry, the specialty of the house), her creations (including a Craquotin blanc: white chocolate mousse, fresh raspberry, crisp praline with puffed rice), her pièces montées, her Viennese pastries and everything she offers in her charming shop. An address where you come to enjoy yourself at any time of the day. From the opening at lunchtime, this is the ideal place to enjoy your breakfast, with delicious pastries. A terrace that you won't leave anymore, since at lunchtime, Cécilia and Ali, of Lebanese origin, concoct small traditional dishes with spice touches. In winter, you get in the tearoom to drink an old-style hot chocolate served with a chantilly, to enjoy with a chocolate éclair. A house that makes Lyon even more pleasant to live.
