Client régulier de Mama Shelter (notamment à Dijon, où l’accueil est toujours excellent), j’ai réservé par erreur une chambre pour le 5 juillet au lieu du 4 juillet, tard dans la soirée du 29 juin. Moins de 12h après, je contacte l’hôtel pour corriger cette simple erreur de date.
Malgré ma réactivité et la bonne foi évidente, aucune flexibilité, aucune solution, aucun geste. On m’a simplement répondu que la réservation était non modifiable. C’est regrettable, surtout pour un client fidèle.
Ce manque total de compréhension nuit gravement à l’image de l’enseigne. Je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de réserver à nouveau.
