For 16 years already, Patrice Gaudet invites Les gourmands à la Meilleur, in his bakery of the Croix-Rousse. This "intellectual" of the profession gives its bakery the title of Plato's book, in order to offer its clientele "the beauty and the good". In a bright space, there are temporary exhibitions and high quality breads. The credo of Patrice Gaudet: " respect the baker's profession as it has always existed ". Respect for the product and respect for the customer go hand in hand. Freshly handcrafted breads, with high-quality flour and ancestral know-how. At the banquet there are five product lines, all made on site. Bread, pastry, pastry, travel cakes and a salt catering part. The bread respects the French tradition and is made with French flour and house blends for seeds. Of course, there is the roussien, the speciality of the Banquet, but also organic breads contributing to the excellent reputation of the places and the tasty ciabatte. In addition to the breads, the banquet offers delicious pastries, such as this tropézienne, delicious pastries, such as milk breads or these raspberry breads, black chocolate. And to quote also Saint-Exupéry, such as on the walls of the Banquet, "The most Beautiful Man is the loom to unite the men". Patrice Gaudet fully contributes to this.
