LA LAITERIE DE LYON
Anaïs Duraffourg, the founder, and Emilie Bruyère, an urban dairy in Lyon, offer fresh, healthy farm produce. Around 500 liters of milk arrive every week from a nearby organic farm to make cheese and yoghurt in the heart of the city. Émilie and Anaïs offer their artisanal production of Petit Pont or Hallum, yogurts, fromage frais, faisselles, butter... Everything is sold by weight and served in returnable jars. Raclette and local goat's cheese are also available. Grocery corner with the same philosophy of quality and proximity. Workshops to share the love of cheese. La Laiterie qui a du goût.
