From the fields to our table, Le Gone is a farmer baker committed to the environment and eating well. A passionate baker, Quentin Sany grows his own cereals in his family's fields in Saône-et-Loire. Home-grown cereals and the best suppliers, also committed and responsible, are stone-ground at the mill to make exceptional breads at the Limas bakery, such as the Saint-Roch with its toasted seed aromas. Breads, viennoiseries, pastries, wraps and toast, it's always the same quality.
