From the fields to our table, Le Gone is a farmer baker committed to the environment and eating well. A passionate baker, Quentin Sany grows his own cereals in his family's fields in Saône-et-Loire. Home-grown cereals and the best suppliers, also committed and responsible, are stone-ground at the mill to make exceptional breads at the Limas bakery, such as the Saint-Roch with its toasted seed aromas. Breads, viennoiseries, pastries, wraps and toast, it's always the same quality. Respect for nature and the living, respect for products and people, Le Pain du Gone is all about great values and great flavors.
