One of the last Ninkasi open in Lyon, but certainly not the last, since the Lyon's brewer born in 1997 continues on extending its territory. By the time we wait to drink Ninkasi beers in Lyon, Futé likes to linger on Terrace de l'Étoile, a nice address at the corner of the banks of the Rhône and the popular quarters of Guillotière. Pleasant square where it is pleasant to stroll and an great Ninkasi on three floors, with a concert hall, another specialty of Ninkasi. On the menu, the famous Ninkasi burgers, to create in 3 stages, or a NinkaDog, homemade version of the hot-dog with its sausage, its candied onions, its gherkins and its bread. Before you feast, there isn't any shortage of specialty at the bar, like this fruity Ninkasi to share between friends in jug (€24 per 2 liters).
