For over 20 years, this gourmet institution has provided a direct link between Lyon and West Africa. What delights us is first and foremost the warm welcome, a philosophy of life embraced by Samy and his entire team. The joy of sharing good times while enjoying the generous and tasty cuisine of an authentic Senegalese cook, Fatou Kiné: meat thiep, the famous thieboudiene, Senegal's national dish based on grouper, thiou with sea bream or grilled sea bass. Vegetarians are also catered for. Rum tasting to prolong the voyage.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 2pm and 7pm to 10:30pm. Open until 11pm on weekends. Menus from €19.50 to €28. Lunch menu: €14.90. Take-away sales.
Owner's Message
An invitation to travel through copious and varied dishes like bessap, thiou or beef maffé. Quality dishes, prepared with care by two Senegalese cooks.
The welcome is as generous as the cooking, since Samy, the owner, will be able to initiate you and advise you when choosing the dishes.
As for the bill, it is rather sweet with a very good quality/price ratio.
