Thuré has no shortage of lovely walks. First of all, there are the streets and the church of Saint-Pierre, listed as a Monument Historique. It features a12th-century chevet and a15th-century porte des morts. The many underground tufa quarries were used to build this church, as well as the many white stone castles in the surrounding area (la Massardière, la Merveillère, la Barbelinière...). Several hiking trails take you past these beautiful residences. The Aven'Thuré tree-climbing park offers fun and relaxation for families and friends. For your break, treat yourself to local produce: bread, cheese, vegetables...
