Member of the network "Welcome to the farm", Patricia and Eric Philipponneau raise bees in the poitevin bocage… These beekeepers will extract honey that will serve them to manufacture a range of natural and authentic products: spring honey harvested on the flower orchards in April, honey spreads with hazelnuts, gingerbread and the "Valais du Poitou", creamy honey of sunflower. You're invited to go there to find out how bees live, how a hive is built. It's possible to visit the transformation honey processing workshop… Retail sale on site, in the Futuroscope shops and country houses. Good tasting!

LES HERBES FOLLES

Bakery

A baker and farmer, Rodolphe created the Herbes Folles farm in 2010. He is joined by his wife Hélène and his brother Mathieu. On this certified organic farm, ancient cereals grow on some forty hectares. The harvest is transformed into flour, crushed under the stone millstone of the farm's mill. Sourdough bread (semi-complete, petit-épeautre, rye-sarrasin...) is baked over a wood fire. Cookies, brioches and other delicacies are also available. Other activities are planned at the farm.
