So many years spent regaling the finest establishments with his cuisine command respect. Paris, Moscow, Abu Dhabi, Oman, chef Guillaume Joly has worked all over the world. Keen to get closer to his native Anjou, he offers us inventive, gourmet cuisine in the warm setting of his Côté Cour restaurant, such as butternut velouté with Breton curry or supreme of pigeon d'Anjou with foie gras; for vegetarians, black lentils "bukhara" style.
