The house where David d'Angers was born is home to this bistro with its refined cuisine. With its mezzanine and its dark red benches, it invites you to relax, around a French cuisine with simple but effective starters (tomato carpaccio, soups in winter), and dishes honouring fish but also meat and seafood. Bavette à l'échalote and its potato gratin, blanquette de veau à l'ancienne or monkfish with prunes are followed by desserts often with fruit: tartelette amandine apricot, financier hazelnut-pineapple-coconut, but also soft with chocolate and its flowing heart. Très bon petit restaurant. Nous avons pris le foie gras en entrée. Sans regret ! Une carte restreinte car ce sont des produits frais. Bon conseil sur les vins, agréable moment passé .

Mouais, il y'a eu du mieux, mais d'une fois sur l'autre le niveau est très différent, les changements de chefs successifs sont assez dérangeant. On restera un peu sur notre faim..
