Inventive local cuisine, between bistronomic and gastronomic, in a restaurant in Angers.
Chef Thony Pohu has put down his pots and pans in 2020 in this restaurant already well known to Anjou gourmets, offering a cuisine halfway between bistronomy and gastronomy, both inventive and turned towards its terroir. From the starter to the dessert, the list of dishes shows associations of dishes without saying too much: potimarron and chestnuts, hake and butternut-coffee, duck and vegetables, pear and buckwheat or brown beer and Guanaja chocolate. Finally, the cellar of the place also leaves room for some surprises, with more than 120 references!
