Superb restaurant with seasonal cuisine and an excellent selection of wines in Angers.
Food and wine then... for a plural pleasure with each dish served in its pretty room with slate walls. The lunch menu offers a limited choice of dishes, but we are bluffed by each proposal, both in terms of flavor combinations and presentation. Carpaccio of pollack as a starter, followed by salmon, sweet potato and Satay sauce or a piece of beef with pepper sauce. The plates are generous and the accompaniments of great finesse. Finally, what can we say about the desserts, except that the pistachio-raspberry pana cotta is exceptional!
