In 2023, they became producers: and it's a real success, thanks to their range of goat's and ewe's tomme cheeses, brie de Meaux, sarment du Béarn, artisanal Roquefort... and so many other nectars not to be missed... and savored.

Lait 2 Fromagers is above all the passion of two men, Etienne and Jean-Christophe, for cheese products
Founded in 2011, it is in the Basque Country and the Landes, regions of gastronomy and terroir, that we offer our know-how on the markets of Dax, Anglet, Peyrehorade as well as at the Halles des 5 Cantons in Anglet since summer 2015
At Lait 2 Fromagers, we are happy to share our passion for our profession on a daily basis. A pleasure to transmit, advise and guide our customers among our large choice of cheese products to select the flavors that will perfectly match their desires
Our guarantee of quality: the perfect selection of our products, the knowledge of the territory and the choice of local producers, respectful of the environment and animal welfare
We want to be the source of flavors for our customers to accompany them in their daily life as well as in the most important events. Weddings, birthdays, brunches or simple meals, our team is there for every moment of life.

Produits parfaits mais quelle condescendance de la part de ce jeune serveur !! J’avais l’impression d’acheter un produit rare, inestimable.
Dans un sens j’avais raison vue l’addition !!!
La prochaine fois je choisirai le deuxième fromager qui me semble plus dans son métier et non dans son orgueil.
