Specializing in "organic" sourdough bread, the Fagoa bakery offers some thirty different breads, "organic" viennoiseries, pastries and savoury tarts, all to take away or enjoy on the terrace. Joël and his team smell of the warm bread of yesteryear. Cereal, nut, fig, rye and wholemeal breads, with a gluten-free range. It's an inter-generational savoir-faire, and you can't resist the variety of light, artisanal viennoiseries. Also gluten-free pastries to try.
