Travel Guide Nohèdes

Nohèdes, a small dynamic village in the Conflent, is one of the best preserved places in the department. At the bottom of the Conat valley and on the edge of the nature reserve, the Madres massif watches over the sixty or so year-round residents. Apart from the 12th century church, the small museum of agricultural arts and the magnificent granite fountain, the attraction for Nohèdes lies outside the village: mountain biking, caving, canyoning and Joëlette rides for people with reduced mobility.
