A love of cheese…Fourth cheese AOC in Normandy, Neufchâtel has a long history behind him. It is the oldest cheese in Normandy, since it is present in writings dated 1035, and it is a legend dating back to the Hundred Years War which explains its form: the farmers of the country of Bray would have shaped it so as to seduce the British occupants whose love they fell asleep. Whatever the share of truth present in this beautiful history, Neufchâtel conquered the heart of whole France, and even exports many, in the form of hearts, to, bonde or square. It is often considered as one of the best French cheeses. Let us say it!
