Prénovel is at the entrance to a coomb bordered by a forest, the Coomb-les-Piards coomb, or coomb coomb, theatre of several sporting events. In winter, the Marathon des Neiges, a popular cross-country ski race, takes place one week before the Race. It is less mythical, however, because it dates back to 1974. In July, the Trail des Guillettes is one of the popular appointments of long distance runners. Tours of 20 and 45 km are offered to runners, a 20 km walk to walkers and sports and festive gatherings for young people.
