The unmistakable aroma of Pierre Oteiza's products, the emblematic artisan charcutier of the Basque region, is perceptible as soon as you enter the store. It's hard to choose between the hams, sausages, chorizos, foies gras, duck breasts, pâtés, or the various Basque-inspired prepared dishes: veal axoa, garbure, pork stew or pot-au-feu, piperade... Serve with Ossau Iraty PDO farmhouse cheese, Irouleguy wine, patxaran beer or manzana verde. Finally, succumb to black cherry jam!
