An audacious, emblematic museum in Bordeaux, where visitors can discover wine through a digital, multimedia scenography.
The Cité du Vin, with its bold, emblematic architecture, offers a unique voyage of discovery into the world of wine. Part of the scenography, digital equipment and multimedia have been renewed to give greater prominence to living, scientific content, while retaining a playful, educational side. Other new features include the Atelier Bordeaux 360°, for a multi-sensory tasting experience, and Via Sensoria, an immersive tasting trail where visitors can experience the 4 seasons by tasting 4 glasses of wine or juice, to awaken their 5 senses.

Opening time and information on THE WINE CITY
Open every day from 10 am to 6 pm from February to the beginning of April; from 10 am to 7 pm from April to August; from 10 am to 6 pm during the week and from 10 am to 9 am during the school vacations from September to December. Permanent exhibition + access to the belvedere with tasting: 22 €/adult; 9 €/child (free for children under 6). Workshops: 18 € to 20 €. Immersive Via Sensoria tour: 22 €/adult; 9 €/child (7,2 € under 6 years old); 54 €/family pack (2 adults + 2 children). Privatized areas. Oenological activities for company groups of 10 to 900 people, by the Ateliers de Bacchus (Best of Wine Tourism 2023): workshops, cocktails, team building...
