Between Mouthe and Chapelle-des-Bois, the commune of Chaux-Neuve has retained a strong rural spirit. Far removed from the major accommodation and leisure centers of the Mouthe valley, it is home to one of France's finest polar dog parks. A must-see on your visit. You can also visit the Saint-Jacques church, with its beautiful interior architecture. Enlarged over the centuries, it features an altarpiece, a wooden calvary and statues of Saint Peter. Chaux-Neuve is also famous for its five-jump stadium, built in 1989. Every year, it hosts Nordic Combined World Cup events.
