Quinsac is home to the Château de Vaugoubert, protected as a historical monument, 1 km from the town. This impressive white stone building overlooks the Dronne valley. It was almost entirely rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries, but its two 15th century towers are still standing. In the village, a bucolic stroll will take you along the old bridge over the Dronne, to the wash house, to the Chartreuse house, to the two chapels that Quinsac owes to the Count of Aydie of the Vaugoubert castle, and to the Saint-Saturnin church whose dome, sanctuary and bell tower date from the 12th century, and which was restored in the 19th century
