Travel Guide Montcornet

Situated 15 kilometres from Charleville-Mézières, the small commune of Moncornet is home to almost 300 inhabitants. It is a good starting point for walking and mountain bike trails to explore the landscape half woodland, half countryside around Renwez. There is a link between the Forest Museum and the castle of Montcornet via a 2.8 kilometre path. In addition to the castle, you can admire the church of Sainte-Madeleine, built in the 18th century, which contains furniture dating from the same period. But also the small chapel of Sainte-Madeleine, which dates from the beginning of the 14th century.
