Who believed that this small village located 7 km from Chambord has nothing to envy (or almost!) to the huge remains of François I? And for the reason, Talcy has a small jewel in his setting: the castle of Talcy. Dating back to the th century, this seigneury welcomed the poet Ronsard (1524-1585) who, during a stay, fell in love with the beautiful Cassandre and invited the cute to see if "the rose that this morning had desclose"… Who knows if these worms would have existed if Talcy had never been built? Its Renaissance vigil, its flowery well with a rose, as well as malice, and its parish church make the pride of its inhabitants, the Talcéins.
