The neo-Romanesque church was built in the 1868 th century to replace a Romanesque church of the th century, a large part of which collapsed in. The portal is remarkable with its twisted columns and its capitals that include sin and remorse. The original porch was added another step in the early twentieth century. Perched on its peak where, during the summer season, you can discover a discreet Mediterranean flora, it is visible from far away. The priory church, a prestigious reminder of Forézien Romanesque art, is remarkable for its frescoes created between the 10th and 15th centuries, notably an Annunciation and the Martyrdom of Saint-Romain of Antioch.
