Next to the store of the same name, the small restaurant room is always full between noon and two, with a permanent ballet of diners. On the slate, a handful of appetizers, two or three daily specials and a full list of desserts. Everything is fresh, prepared daily with organic ingredients. The service is smiling and well-practiced. You have a good time, doing yourself and the planet a favor. The busy air of the customers does not encourage them to hang out at the table, everyone quickly finds their way back to the office, but the atmosphere is very warm.

Ramen, risotto, wok, spaghetti carbonara, bowl, lasagne... all these dishes are designed to be vegetarian. The plates are carefully prepared, and the flavors are present. The desserts are just as original, sweet and tasty, like the tarte bas spéculos with chocolate ganache, coconut chantilly and fresh strawberries. We love the friendly welcome reserved for gourmands and gourmets, as well as the conviviality that reigns in this small, beautifully decorated room. From starters to desserts, Amélie Hogant's cuisine is all about vegetables, as the chef is a vegetarian herself. And we love it! She borrows recipes from all over the world to take us on a journey and introduce us to new flavors. The plates are colorful and appetizing. We like the roasted vegetable slaw with romesco sauce and the purple cupcake made with... beets. Everything is prepared with fresh, local vegetables. The menu changes regularly. Chef Jean-Alexandre Ouaratta offers its guests a refined and contemporary cuisine, inspired by the riches of regional markets. The majestic Guard Hall is the main dining room of the Castle. The coat of arms, which dominates the largest private Gothic chimney in France, commemorates Charles VIII's royal visit in 1490. The guests enjoy refined gourmet cuisine, fresh meats, fresh water fish and excellent regional cheeses. Porcelain, glassware and nappes were specially created and made for the Château.

You discover (or find) here some pakistaniennes and Indian specialities prepared in the rules of the tandoori gastronomy. Meat and fish are cooked in wood and dishes accompanied by nan, traditional flat bread, nature, garlic or cheese. Curry, madras and dahl on the menu.
