A house full of memories for generations of Lyonnais. A place run by chef Alexandre Gaillot-Drevon who, while perpetuating tradition, has brought Le Canotier up to date. The terrace is a must as soon as the weather warms up, where you can enjoy other must-tries: fried smelts with tartar sauce; filet of duckling served pink; famous frogs with garlic and parsley.
